Shipping policy
We deliver safely to your doorstep across India. Every piece is quality-checked and securely packed before it leaves us.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹1,499.
- A flat shipping fee of [₹XX] applies to orders below ₹1,499.

Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within [1–2] business days of being placed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During sales and festive seasons, processing may take a little longer.
Delivery time
- Metro cities: [3–5] business days after dispatch
- Rest of India: [5–8] business days after dispatch
- Remote areas and the North-East: up to [10] business days after dispatch
These are estimates. Delays can occasionally happen because of weather, courier issues, festivals or other events beyond our control.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email [and SMS/WhatsApp]. You can also track your order by contacting us with your order number.
Delivery address
Please make sure your shipping address, pin code and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details. If you need to change your address, contact us before your order is dispatched.
Failed delivery
Our courier partner will attempt delivery [up to 3 times]. If the parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you. Re-shipping may be charged. For prepaid orders that are not re-shipped, we will refund the order amount minus shipping charges.
Damaged parcels
If the outer package looks tampered with or damaged, please refuse the delivery or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund Policy for details.

We currently ship within India only.
